Palin linked to plastic surgery

Several news organizations are claiming that Maricopa’s most famous resident, Bristol Palin, has gone under the knife.

Gawker, Perez Hilton, E,The Frisky and other tabloid entertainment publications are speculating the single mom had plastic surgery, noting her angular jawline and more pronounced cheekbones.

Murmurs about the surgery prompted New Jersey plastic surgeon Brian Glatt to blast out a press release stating that weight loss may explain some of Palin’s facial changes. However, in the release he also noted she “seems to have had some liposuction of her neck area under her chin which has produced a much more defined jawline and lower facial area. She may have also had a chin implant to better define this area. Her lower lip appears much more full, and it is likely she had injections of Juvederm into her lower lip.”

Palin has yet to comment on the possible surgery.
