Mesa Mayor Scott Smith, chairman of the Arizona First Leadership Foundation and current president of the U.S. Conference of Mayors, announced a statewide town hall Wednesday in Maricopa to meet with his fellow mayors and jointly hear from constituents from across the state on issues that matter most to them.
“I am privileged to join Mayor (Christian) Price to discuss with our residents their thoughts and concerns about the very serious issues that face Arizona today,” Smith said. “I am determined to bring these matters to the attention of the federal government in Washington.”
The Town Hall – topic flood management – will be 6 p.m. at Maricopa City Hall, 39700 W. Civic Center Plaza.
The Arizona First Leadership Foundation is a 501c4 not for profit dedicated to developing Arizona’s next generation of leaders.
