Maricopa teen Pragathi Kathleen Schmidt, 17, who went missing December 3, was recovered by Flagstaff police early this morning (see related story).
The juvenile was running away from her foster parents in Maricopa and checked into a shelter in Flagstaff last night.
The shelter then contacted Flagstaff police and Child Protective Services.
The teenager will remain in the custody of CPS until she is returned to her foster family in Maricopa.
