A morning collision caused traffic issues for some Maricopa commuters. 

Maricopa first responders reported to the scene of a crash at North John Wayne Parkway and Honeycutt Road around 8:30 a.m. this morning, during the height of rush hour.  

The crash closed the right turn lane off Honeycutt onto northbound John Wayne Parkway. 

Despite an ambulance on the scene, there were no injuries, according to city spokesperson Monica Williams.
