Tacos N More among establishments with ‘excellent’ health rating

Seventy percent of Maricopa businesses inspected by Pinal County Public Health Services District in January received “Excellent” ratings.

Panda Express, Tacos N More, Blockbuster No. 4152, Seven Cups Coffee, Butterfield Elementary School, The Duke At Rancho El Dorado, Subway, Saddleback Elementary School, Children’s Learning Adventure Childcare Centers and Fry’s Marketplace No. 672 sushi all received “Es.”

Satisfactory (“S”) scores were awarded to Bashas’ No. 109-Deli, Kentucky Fried Chicken/Long John Silvers and McDonald’s (John Wayne Parkway).

Marisco’s El Pulpo Loco received a Needs Improvement (“N”) grade.

Excellent means no violations were found.

Satisfactory involves violations corrected during the inspection.

Needs Improvement scores are given “where one or more critical items are noted during the inspection and the identified critical items cannot be corrected immediately or prior to the conclusion of the inspection. In these cases, a follow-up inspection is required to verify correction of the previously identified critical items.”
