Vendors who are interested in taking part in the city’s annual Founders Day event might want to take notice.
Lifehouse will appearing at this year’s festival on Oct. 11 to celebrate the founding of the city of Maricopa. Lighthouse is an American rock band that came to prominence in 2001 with the hit single “Hanging by the Moment.”
In addition to the music there will be a chili cook-off and up to 100 vendors on site.
The city will start accepting vendor applications Aug. 4.
This year’s rendition will be the fifth such festival.
