Join Vice Mayor Brent Murphree, Public Safety Director Patrick Melvin, elected officials and elementary school students to thank our troops across the globe for their service.
At this special event, lives lost and sacrifices made on September 11, 2001, will be remembered with a flag ceremony and reflection.
The ceremony will begin at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11, at the Butterfield Elementary School flagpole. Butterfield Elementary School is located at the intersection on Maricopa Groves Parkway and Honeycutt Road.
