Snider retains supervisor spot, Babeu new county sheriff

    With all 88 precincts reporting, the unofficial results from the Pinal County Elections Department indicate the following county and regional race outcomes:

    Constable:
    George Hoffman (R) – 5,992 (44%)
    Ken Edwards (D) – 5,761 (42%)

    County Sheriff:
    Paul Babeu (R) – 49,562 (51%)
    Chris Vasquez (D) – 42,144 (43%)

    County Supervisor (Dist. 3):
    David Snider (D) – 14,492 (46%)
    Tom Hollenbach (R) – 13,306 (42%)

    In addition, results on Question 1, the Pinal County Community College District (CAC) bond show a 49% approval rate (47,509 votes) with 36% (35,052 votes) against the initiative, which is to include a new campus center in Maricopa.
