Friday Maricopa’s Stroller Strides, under the management of Natalie Richardson, will be celebrating its third birthday with goodie bags, door prizes, free classes and, of course, a birthday cake.
Over 20,000 moms in the U.S. participate in Stroller Strides classes, providing them with physical fitness as well as friendship and networking opportunities.
Friday’s event will begin with a free, 30-minute class, followed by fun for the children provided by Desert Star Gymnastics and Crum Party & Play Jumpers. According to Richardson, “Some lucky winners will receive ‘birthday gifts,’ and Vitamin 10 Water will be providing free samples of their new flavors.”
Special offers with special pricing will be available for new members or those who haven’t tried Stroller Strides for three months. Dads are always free with a mom’s membership.
Classes are held Monday through Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m., and new classes are scheduled for Monday and Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.
