Teacher claims wing-eating victory at Native

Butterfield Elementary School second grade teacher Jarrod Goss ate two pounds of medium wings in 11 minutes to win the ‘Battle of the Bone’ wing-eating competition at Native New Yorker Wednesday night. Goss beat out 10 competitors to advance to the finals where he could win a 2009 Harley Davidson motorcycle.

‘Roc and Manuch’ from The Fan 1060 AM sponsored the event and broadcast their drive-time sports talk radio show live from the Maricopa restaurant.
