Tube fed originally, a healthy Kia wants a happy home

96

Kia and her sister were relinquished by their owner when they were three days old. The owner said the mother dog was burying them alive and trying to eat them.

Helping Orphaned Hounds Rescue tube fed them until they were strong enough to be bottle fed.

Now Kia is a happy, healthy girl. She is approximately 10 weeks old and spayed.

Kia’s mother was a Queensland heeler dog, and the dad is believed to be a shepherd mix.

Rescues that PSW was able to secure placement into another 501c3 No-Kill Rescue when PSW was at capacity: 10

Dogs/cats that were lost and found their way back home directly through the PSW lost and found listings: 41

Dogs/cats that were surrendered by their owners due to circumstances beyond their control and who were placed in new homes: 11
