Victory Plumbing’s motto: “to help everyone we can”

Maricopa-based Victory Plumbing Services will tackle leaky faucets, clogged toilets or any other plumbing woe.

Victory Plumbing Services is the business of Maricopa residents Ron and Pam Gillespie.

Ron started the business back in 2001 when the couple lived in the Valley. “My wife dared me to get my contractor’s license, and I took her up on that bet,” he said.

The Gillespies’ business is a full-service plumbing company, doing everything from leaky faucets to tank less water heater retrofits. The company is also a warranty service provider for Rheen, Bradford White Noritz and other water heater manufacturers.

Ron says what sets his company apart from other plumbing outfits is that he is not looking to make $2,000 off a single job.

“Our motto is to help everyone we can,” Ron said. “It is not all about the money.”

Currently the Gillespies’ business operates two vehicles and has three employees, but in five years they see their business growing into a storefront shop while still serving Maricopa and surrounding areas.
