Voter registration deadline is Monday, Oct. 6

Perhaps spurred on by the recent debates, news reports show that voters in Arizona’s counties are scrambling to get their voter registrations filed or postmarked by the legal deadline of midnight on Monday, Oct. 6.

“All voters need to do is fill out and print the registration forms linked on our website,” Pinal County Recorder Laura Dean-Lytle said. “You can mail it as long as it is postmarked by midnight on Oct. 6. Or you can bring your completed form to the Recorder’s office by 5 p.m. Monday.”

Arizona Revised Statues 16-120 requires that the voter registration deadline is midnight of the 29th day prior to the election.
