Hot Holding 

  • Temperature of cooked chicken held in a steam well were 125-126°F. Required to reheat to at least 165° and to hold at 135° or above. 

Consumer advisory 

  • Offering cooked-to-order steaks and hamburgers without the use of a complete consumer advisory (reinspection required). 

Equipment 

  • No cold water at cook-line hand sink. Repair required.
