Maricopa police arrested a man accused of drunkenly twisting his partner’s nipples.

MPD officers arrested 37-year-old Nicolas A. Heredia Sunday night, according to a probable cause statement obtained by InMaricopa.

The woman told police around 9 p.m. that night, Heredia was drunk and began trashing their home at West Mediterranean Way in Sorrento and making her clean, just to trash it all again.

The police report said while the couple was in their bedroom, Heredia wrapped his arms around the woman, began “bear hugging” her and pinched and twisted her nipples to the point of injury.

The woman said Heredia threatened to kill her if she ever cheated on him. She called the police after leaving for work the next day.

Just before 1: 30 p.m. Monday, cops found Heredia at the Sorrento home. Police noted Heredia was “confrontational” and appeared drunk.

Heredia allegedly resisted arrest and lobbed threats at officers on the way to jail, according to the police report.

Heredia was booked into the Pinal County jail on three misdemeanor counts of assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He faces a year and a half in jail.
