A new year means a new shopping experience for Maricopa residents.

Tractor Supply confirmed it will welcome its first customers on Saturday, Jan. 6, company spokesperson Annalee Rivers said. This is about two months past the previously proposed soft opening for late October earlier this year.

The 21,000 square foot building’s valuation is $3.3 million, city building permit records show.

The store, on Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and Shea Way in Maricopa Wells shopping center, will host deals and daily giveaways for its grand opening. Details currently remain scant.

Rivers also confirmed the new store will provide about 15 new jobs in Maricopa, with at least half of those full-time positions. The store is still accepting applications for positions as team member, team lead and merchandising sales associates.
