Local coaches thank community

The third annual Copa Crew Back to School Tournament held in September was another success.

With the help of Carl’s Jr., La Vida Hair Boutique, Sonic, Native New Yorker, Baskin Robins, Water & Ice, DC Enterprises and Dick’s Sporting Goods, we were able to pass out free gifts every hour to supporters in the crowd to welcome other teams who traveled from Tucson, Mesa, Phoenix, Buckeye and other areas in Arizona.

This year Maricopa’s Copa Crew 10U Division took second place while their JV Division took second place to the Arizona Lady Hooper’s by only 2 points.
