City offering free firewood this week

Free firewood is available every day this week, from 6-8 p.m., at Pacana Park.

Bring your wheelbarrows, wagons or similar items to the west side of Pacana Park to pick up the wood. Vehicles may not be driven inside the park. The use of chain saws is allowed but all related debris must be removed from the park.

There is no limit on the amount of wood you may take, but each individual is solely responsible for all details and actions required to remove the wood.
