The City of Maricopa has scheduled closures and changes in hours of operation for its facilities for the rest of 2023:

  • Maricopa City Hall will be closed Dec. 25-Jan. 1.
  • Maricopa Express Transit is closed from Dec. 25 to Jan. 1.
  • Maricopa Police Department Lobby for records, property and evidence will be closed December 25 to 26 and Jan. 1.
  • Maricopa Library & Cultural Center, including the contracted postal Unit, is closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
  • Maricopa Community Center is closed Dec. 25 to Jan. 1.
  • Copper Sky Recreational Center is closed Dec. 24, Dec. 25, Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. Copper Sky and Pacana Park fields will be closed from Dec. 25 until Jan. 1 for winter break. The fields reopens Jan. 2.

Maricopa Unified School District resumes classes on Jan. 3 and all school facilities are closed until then.
