The City of Maricopa will reopen the newly renovated Copper Sky Aquatic Center with the return of open swim hours on Sunday, March 17.
The remodeling highlight is an expanded pool deck with new shade sails and furniture. The pools also received a replastering makeover and a new filtration system to keep things running smoothly for years to come.
Copper Sky Aquatic Center will host a pool party to celebrate the reopening of the facilities, and also mark the 10th anniversary since Copper Sky first opened its doors. The event is set from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 16. The event will feature live DJ entertainment and food trucks.
It’s free for Copper Sky members, but spaces are limited.
