The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for nightly ramp closures along westbound Interstate 10 from the Gila River Bridge to Riggs Road from Monday, June 12, through Wednesday, June 14, as crews work on overnight paving.

Westbound I-10 Riggs Road on- and off-ramps will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. Monday, June 12, to 5 a.m. Tuesday, June 13, and 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, to 5 a.m. Wednesday, June 14.

ADOT suggests drivers allow extra travel time and be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through all work zones.

The restrictions are part of the I-10 Pavement Improvement Project Riggs Road to the Gila River Bridges. The project is enhancing safety and driving conditions and extending the life of the pavement.
