AAM, LLC is celebrating its 20th anniversary in homeowners’ association management by giving back to the community in the form of a movie in the park on Saturday, March 27.

According to local organizer Pam Hilliard, “While everyone feels for the people of Haiti, we have hungry people right here in Maricopa, and there is no city that can pull together better than Maricopa to help Maricopa residents.”

The event, spearheaded by AAM’s East Valley team, will begin at 6:30 p.m. on the Glennwilde soccer field. Entry is two non-perishable food items per person, which will be donated to the F.O.R. Maricopa food bank.

The family entertainment evening will also feature a 50/50 drawing, a silent auction and hot dogs for donations.

Bring chairs and/or blankets to view the movie, which starts at 7:30 p.m.

Partners in this event are:

City of Maricopa – movie license
Orbitel Communications – advertising, a booth and water for attendees

Right Away Disposal – restroom facilities and trash cans
Starlight Silverscreen – equipment for the movie
H & N Landscape and DLC Resources – cooking hot dogs for donations
Securitas – security guard for the Glennwilde pool area

Ads for area businesses, sold for either dollar amounts or non-perishable food item donations, will show as previews to the movie.
