Free weekly Grief Support Group starts

J. Warren Funeral Services is starting a Grief Support Group that will meet weekly starting today. The group is free.

“Healing from any loss is a personal journey, and there’s no right or wrong way to grieve,” said Community Outreach Coordinator Sharon Gilbertson, who facilitates the group.

It’s not just about losing a loved one.

“People can grieve over the loss of a job,” she said.

The group meets Mondays from 1 to 2 p.m. in the meeting room at Maricopa Chamber of Commerce, 44480 W. Honeycutt Road, Suite 106.
