Global Water Resources in Maricopa will be holding a customer focus group 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday to compile feedback on its online account management portal, iPhone app, call center operations, and other customer related interactions.
The session will be at the Global Water Center, 22590 N. Powers Parkway.
The focus group is intended to be a dialogue between customers and Global Water managers on the water provider's current customer service interactions and tools, and ways to improve the customer experience.
