745

Hear ye, hear ye… Have you ever wanted to travel back to medieval times?

Forget a time machine, InMaricopa is giving its readers a chance to enjoy the atmosphere of a 16th-century European village — for free to some lucky readers!

This giveaway gives our readers the opportunity to enjoy fierce jousts, meet fairies and be knighted by only the fairest of Queens at the 36th Annual Arizona Renaissance Festival & Artisan Marketplace in Gold Canyon.

The festival opens its gates Feb. 3 with 50 acres and 16 stages to explore, and over 2,000 costumed characters to interact with. It will be open every weekend, and President’s Day Monday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until March 31.

Adult tickets are normally $34 and $21 for kids 5-12.

Text “renfest” to 888-378-0013 for a chance to win free tickets to the festival. Readers can text daily to enter, and winners will be chosen weekly.
