Maricopa’s ’80s in ’08 Movies in the Park will kick off at about 7 p.m. Saturday at Pacana Park with kids demonstrating karate before the screening of “The Karate Kid.”
The movie is free and will begin at dusk. Vendors will be on-hand selling beverages and light snacks. The tribute to ’80s movies at Pacana Park, 19000 N. Porter Road, will continue through September.
