Lakes home claims most expensive sold

The most expensive home sold in Maricopa from Sept. 10 to Oct. 10 fetched $615,995 Sept. 29.

It is the third home in the Lakes at Rancho El Dorado in a row that earned this monthly title.

This corner-lot home at 40931 W. Desert Fairways Drive has garages for three cars and an RV. In addition to three bedrooms and a great room, there is a study and gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook. The master suite features a large walk-in closet and dual-sink bathroom. A covered patio in the backyard joins an oversized backyard.

It sold for $74,000 less than its original list price.

The home sold for $8,000 less than last month’s most expensive home sold.
