As Maricopa Little League celebrated its fifth anniversary this year, the 11- and 12-year-old Hardball All Stars Team celebrated a first for the league.
The major boys won its first two games in Eloy beating Coolidge 4-2 and Eloy 4-1 and took the title of Area Champions.
