As I was perusing through an old issue of Woman’s World magazine, I came across an item I’d like to share.

People were asked what would be the quickest way to relax and were given three choices: Read a good book, watch TV or sip tea.

Reading a good book was found by researchers to calm nerves faster. Researchers from Britain’s University of Sussex found that silent reading for a mere six minutes can reduce stress levels by as much as 68 percent.

With that in mind, let’s begin our quest for stress relief.
