A mostly sunny weekend is the lead into a cloudy Martin Luther King Jr. Day, according to the National Weather Service.

Friday has a forecast of a sunny day with a high near 66 degrees F followed by a mostly clear night with a low around 39.

Saturday is expected to be mostly sunny with a high near 69. The nighttime low will be around 41 under partly cloudy skies.

Sunday, too, is likely to be mostly sunny with a high reaching up to 72. Clouds are expected to roll in heavily overnight as the low lingers around 47.

Monday, Martin Luther King Day, is forecast to be mostly cloudy but with a balmy high of 74. The low will be around 49.

The rest of next week is expected to be partly cloudy but with no threat of precipitation.
