Rides, food, performances at Our Lady of Grace

The 6th annual Our Lady of Grace Parish Festival and Carnival begins Friday at 4 p.m. and runs until 8 p.m. Sunday.

This year’s festival will have nonfood vendors including Scentsy Candles, Maricopa Smiles and InMaricopa.com with more still to be confirmed. On the dining side will be traditional Filipino and Mexican food prepared by parish members, along with churros, popcorn, snow cones, pizza, hamburgers and hotdogs.

The event features rides, carnival game, live bands, karaoke and a youth talent show. Kid Town will have games, face paint, nail polish and activities geared toward younger carnival-goers.

Tickets are available at the parish office. All-day ride tickets are $18 if purchased before 4 p.m. Friday, $22 after 4 p.m., and $28 if purchased on Saturday or Sunday.

There will be a silent auction, basket raffles and a 50/50 raffle on Sunday starting at 7 p.m. Raffle tickets cost $1 each and items include a Kindle Fire, two tickets to the Waste Management Open, Skybox tickets with a parking pass, a Coach purse and much more.
