Legendary Mexican rock band Caifanes will be bringing their hits to The Events Center stage at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino on Friday, Sept. 9 for an electrifying live show you can’t miss.
Shooting to international fame in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the Mexico City band quickly became the leader of the Rock En Español movement. Fusing traditional Mexican music with rock, Caifanes’ unique sound have made the band an influential figure for artists in the genre.
Considered as one of the premier Mexican rock acts, Caifanes have had notable shows from opening for Rolling Stones in Mexico City to participating in Peter Gabriel’s WOMAD festival to their sold-out concert at the Hollywood Palladium in 1992. Since reuniting in 2010, the band has continued to delight audiences around the world with their unforgettable and energetic shows.
