Shops at Maricopa Fiesta has new owner

The 24,036-square-feet Shops at Maricopa Fiesta, which includes 18 suites and three stand alone pads, is currently home to businesses such as Arena Sports Bar and Grill, Poco Loco and Panda Express.

The shopping area, which opened in the spring of 2006, was recently sold to Transitional Investments, LLC, a Scottsdale- based company.

The principal owner of the company paid $8.5 million for the property, located at 20800 N. John Wayne Parkway just south of Bank of America.

The previous owner of the property was the Anderson family.

Neither the new or former owners could be reached for comment on the sale of the property.
