After the dust clears, Maricopa is in for a warm and sunny weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

Today continues to be sunny but windy with a high of 84 degrees F and southwest winds of 15-25 mph gusting to 35 mph. Tonight, blowing dust is expected to continue until around 9 p.m. The night will be breezy with a low around 50.

Friday is forecast to be sunny with a high near 80 and winds 5-15 mph. The overnight low will be around 55 with winds becoming light and variable after midnight.

Saturday calls for clear skies and high near 89 degrees. The night will be partly cloudy, with the low temperature around 60.

Sunday is expected to be mostly sunny, with temperatures climbing back into the 90s for a high near 94. The overnight low will be around 61 under mostly clear skies.

That leads into a mostly clear week of increasingly warm temperatures in the upper 90s.
