With a 20-50 percent chance of showers throughout the weekend, things could cool off a bit for Maricopa, according to the National Weather Service. While winds remain calm, the precipitation should help keep daily highs down below 100 on Friday and Saturday. Then sunny skies will likely kick the daily highs back up above 100 on Sunday and into next week.  

Today looks to be mostly sunny with a 20-30 percent chance of rain in the afternoon and throughout the night with a high around 102 and a low near 77. 

Friday is forecast to be overcast with a 40-50 percent chance of rain in the afternoon and evening while the high will hang around 97 and the low near 75. 

Saturday should be partly sunny with a 20-30 percent chance of rain throughout the day while the daily high hangs out around 95 and the low near 75. 

Sunday looks to be sunny and clear with a high around 102 and a low near 76.  

Monday will likely also be sunny and clear with a high around 104 and a low near 77.
