The seventh annual Our Lady of Grace Parish Festival is set to kick-off Friday and offer a variety of entertainment throughout the weekend.

This year’s festival will feature carnival rides, games, food court, live performances, raffles, a silent auction, a beer garden and a Kidstown where children can go for horse rides and play games for prizes, parish secretary Patti Coutre said.

This year’s $1 raffle tickets can win up $2,500. The silent auction will feature a variety of items including a 32-inch TV, a tablet, an antique watch, and a time-share vacation package, Coutre said.

Live entertainment will include Corporate Lockdown, Ballet Folkorico Dancers and local musicians TJ Radigan Band. A full schedule of performances can be found on the parish’s website.

Festival proceeds will be used to fund the new church development set to begin building infrastructure at the beginning of February, Coutre said.

The church is at 45295 W. Honeycutt Ave. across from Maricopa High School. The festival is set to begin Friday at 4 p.m. and run until 8 p.m. Sunday. All-day carnival ride tickets are $18 until 2 p.m. Friday and can be bought in the parish office. Prices increase to $25 on Friday and $30 on Saturday and Sunday.
