Province hosts grand opening

Province, by Meritage Homes, will celebrate its long-awaited grand opening Jan. 30-31, at the sales center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Province is a gated, master-planned active adult community nestled in the heart of Maricopa.

The grand opening will include promotional offers, such as prices in the mid-100s, and generous incentives, which have been extended through Jan. 31. In addition, Province by Meritage Homes will debut four new models and nine unique floor plans.

Province is also a part of Meritage Homes’ 99-Day Guarantee program, promising buyers a new home built in 99 days. You choose the design, custom features and details that are best for you, and it’s built Meritage Green, which means energy efficiency rarely found in new build, resale homes or apartments.
