Maricopa resident Bristol Palin is preparing to pen a tell-all book about her life according to her publisher.

“Not Afraid of Life” is scheduled for publication this summer by William Morrow, an imprint of HarperCollins. The deal was announced on Tuesday, but the company declined to state how much it was worth.

Bristol, daughter of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, will give readers “an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at her life for the first time, from growing up in Alaska to coming of age amid the media and political frenzy surrounding her mother’s political rise,” according to William Morrow.

Portions of the book will also deal with the 20-year-old single mom’s on-and-off romance with the father of her child,  Levi Johnston, and her stint on ABC’s hit television show, “Dancing with the Stars.”

“Plainspoken and disarmingly down to earth, Bristol offers new insight and understanding of who she is and what she values most,” Morrow said in its statement.

Palin made national headlines last year as she reached the finals of “Dancing with the Stars,” eventually coming in third.

She has since made Arizona headlines purchasing a home in Maricopa in December and considering a radio job in Phoenix.

HarperCollins also published Sarah Palin’s two best-selling books “Going Rogue” and “America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith, and Flag.”
