For residents interested in purchasing new or model homes in the various Maricopa developments, it’s important to be able to find the sales offices for the builders.
Where are they now?
According to Jan Huyck, builder representative for DR Horton, the developer is moving all sales to the Homestead subdivision location in the Trailhead neighborhood. The Senita office is being closed, as is the sales office at Sorrento.
Pulte Homes is in Senita; the sales office is located in the Wildflower neighborhood. Elliott Homes is in Santa Rosa Springs.
Meritage Homes has merged all its sales into one office at the Lakes at Rancho El Dorado. In Glennwilde residents can still find the following builders: Centex, Cadence Homes and Taylor Morrison. In Glennwilde Groves, east of Porter Road, Lennar has its sales office.
Shea Homes has Tortosa sales offices in both the Villago and Alante neighborhoods, as well as at Lost Canyon in the Rancho Mirage community.
KB Homes’ Desert Passage sales office is now closed, and the models are listed for sale with Presidential Real Estate.
The various builder representatives reported to inmaricopa.com that March was a good month for new home sales.
