Monsoon activity could be around the corner for Maricopa as chances of rain will slowly increase this week, according to the National Weather service. Temperatures are likely to stay below the 110-degree mark while a 10-20 percent chance for rain will hang on all week, likely increasing to around 30 percent this weekend.

Today looks to be mostly sunny with a 10-20 percent chance of rain throughout the day, a high around 107 and a low near 87.

Tuesday will likely be partly cloudy with a 10 percent chance of rain all day long, a high around 106 and a low near 88.

Wednesday should also be partly cloudy with a 10-20 percent chance of rain throughout the day, a high around 106 and a low near 87.

Thursday looks to be mostly sunny with a 20 percent chance of rain all day long, a high around 106 and a low near 88.

Friday will likely be mostly sunny, also with a 20 percent chance of rain throughout the day, a high around 106 and a low near 88.
