The city of Maricopa received a grant from the Walmart Foundation that has allowed it to buy a high-grade, commercial power washer for the Graffiti Abatement Program.
This portable power washer increases efficiency in graffiti removal as it reduces the labor needed to remove graffiti “tags” by using a high pressure water discharge on chemically pre-treated areas.
Graffiti is active in the community.
