Mesa-based Red Star Vapor is looking to be Maricopa’s fourth vape shop off John Wayne Parkway, according to public documents obtained by InMaricopa.
The retailer submitted permitting paperwork last week for signage approval at 44360 W. Edison Road. It will be located near GNC.
The vape shop also applied for two permits with the city earlier this week: a certificate of occupancy and a temporary banner to put up before permanent signage is installed.
Although the temporary banner states the business is open, the store does not have products and staff were not present inside. Red Star has not announced when it will open its Maricopa location.
