I will deal with it the way the courts tell me to.

What is the biggest challenge facing the sheriff’s office? And, what would you do about it?

Accountability is the system of internal and external checks and balances that ensures the PCSO do their duties and held responsible if they don't.  I will be ending the “good ‘ole boy system.”
