Highest-priced home in March sells for $415K

In March, 127 homes in Maricopa and the surrounding rural areas sold for a total sales volume of $20.5 million, according to the statistical market analysis from the Arizona Multiple Listing Service. The list volume was $21.2 million, a difference of $700,761.

The highest-priced house sold for $415,000 on North Ingram Court. This 4,286-square-foot home was on the market 129 days. In February, the highest-priced house sold for $265,000 on North Reis Drive in Rancho El Dorado and was on the market 250 days.

The lowest-priced house in March sold for $95,000 on West Novak Lane. The 1,676-square-foot house was on the market 292 days.

The average sold price per approximate square foot in March was $79 compared to the lowest at $34 and the highest at $150.
