In April, 217 homes sold in Maricopa and surrounding rural areas for a total sales volume of $25.4 million. The list volume was $25.6 million, a difference of $180,460.

The highest-priced house sold for $275,000 on Blue Suede Shoes Lane. The 2,589-square-foot house was listed for $299,900 and was on the market for 198 days.

The lowest-priced house sold for $47,100 on North Wilson Street. The 945-square-foot home was listed for $46,000 and was on the market for 12 days.

The average list price for homes in April was $117,541, while the average selling price was $116,728. On average, homes sold in April were listed for 62 days, 15 days less than the average for March.
