Homes sales for February

In February, 174 homes sold in Maricopa and surrounding rural areas for a total sales volume of $19,097,847. The list volume was $19,471,185, a difference of $373,348.

 The highest-priced house sold for $320,000 on North Ingram Court. The 4,066-square-foot house was listed for $350,000 and was on the market for 113 days.

 The lowest-priced house sold for $25,900 on North Strawberry Road. The 1,400-square-foot manufactured home was listed for $34,900 and was on the market for 85 days.

 The average list price for homes in February was $111,903, while the average selling price was $109,758.
