Drivers who travel State Route 347 north of Maricopa should plan for restrictions as the Arizona Department of Transportation completes work on the intersection improvement project at Old Maricopa Road.
Northbound SR 347 will be reduced to one lane intermittently near Old Maricopa Road from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16.
Southbound SR 347 will have a right lane restriction from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, and then again Monday, Sept. 19, through Friday, Sept. 23.
Drivers should allow extra travel time and be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through highway work zones, according to ADOT.
