The trustee auction for the Maricopa Manor Business Center, which was scheduled to take place this morning, has been rescheduled to 10 a.m., July 1, in Florence, according to the law firm representing the lender, Great Western Bank.
This is the second time the property auction has been rescheduled since the original date of June 14.
