Highest-priced home in April sells for $360K

A $360,000 Rancho El Dorado home on North Cline Court was the highest-priced house sold in the month of April, according to a market analysis from the Arizona Multiple Listing Service.

The 3,954-square-foot home was on the market146 days. The highest-priced house in March sold for $415,000 and was on the market 129 days. It also was in Rancho El Dorado.

According to the analysis, 131 homes in Maricopa and the surrounding rural areas sold in April for a total sales volume of $21.5 million. The list volume was $22.1 million, a difference of $662,400.

The lowest-priced house in April sold for $40,000. The 1,008-square-foot house, located south of the city near State Route 347 and State Route 84, was on the market 40 days.

The average sold price per approximate square foot in April was $75.
