Jorge Moreno, 45, was charged with four felony counts of weapons misconduct, disorderly conduct involving weapons, unlawful discharge of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also faces one misdemeanor charge of endangerment.

Just before midnight Tuesday, approximately 10 people called police and reported gunfire in the area.

No injuries were reported.
